Enjoy a stylish experience in a quiet subdivision in the town of Paradise! This upstairs unit features beautiful modern finishes & each room has been uniquely decorated with you in mind! The main living area features a patio door to make the most of the sunny days, and a large screen Smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows. Within a 2km drive/walk, you will find the trailhead for the breathtaking Topsail Bluff viewpoint. You can choose to hike further down to the popular Topsail Beach.

This home is the main upstairs unit of a registered 2-apartment home. In this unit, guests have access to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This unit has a washer and dryer and mini-split unit. Guests will have the unit to themselves with no shared space. However, the 3rd bedroom and downstairs recroom are currently unavailable and therefore closed up and not included in this listing description. The downstairs apartment has its own separate entrance and is occupied by a quiet tenant.
