There are even indian petrogyphs on the trail right outside the backyard. This ideal location with nearby I-10 access makes it easy to get on the road to Sedona, Tucson, Mexico, Flagstaff or the Grand Canyon..anywhere!

Location location location. While this home is nicely furnished and attractive inside it is proximity to South Mountian that makes it special. Backing up to the nature preserve allows for spectacular sunsets, trail access and entertainment watching hikers and mountain bikers in the distance.
What makes this property unique
We call this home the Mini Mansion. It seems appropriate as it is a cute little house with a million dollar view. The large patio is like another large living space in the mild Arizona winters. The patio is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a sunset glass of wine or Chinese takeout.
