Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out before 11:00 AM, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. We do charge $10/hr for early Check in & late check out over an hour.
Close the front door and all the windows. Throw away all trash and leftover food in the trash cans. Place all used towels in the shower.
Return the fab back into assigned lockbox. Report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Excellent location. Easy check-in. Very nice & new apartment. Comfortable bed. Nice shower & bathroom with shampoo, etc. provided. There are no blinds on the windows or door to the bedroom, so the place gets bright when the sun comes up. Bring an eye mask if you're sensitive to light. I recommend this property and would stay here again.
