Room was very clean. Everything looked nice and neat. Nice view from the apartment.. Very close to the location we were going to. The only concern is some of the homeless (?) people who were getting in the building behind us. But overall a great place that we would come to again next year

Elizabeth was very helpful and prompt with her replies. She was a very good host. The space was large and simple, no frills but clean. The location was convenient. The parking garage is a plus for downtown but a very tight space, under construction.

The apartment was very clean and delightfully decorated with thoughtful touches. If we need a place to stay in Cleveland again, this would be first on our list. It was also very conveniently located around entertainment in the area. The parking was very tight, but nice since it is free. We managed the parking with our Ford Expedition, but recommend a smaller vehicle.

The garage beneath is very tight and tricky. I had an Enclave and it was a challenge to park.Otherwise, things were really good. Clean and equipped. Spacious.Another odd thing was the elevators. One goes to the garage and one doesn’t. So sometimes you travel down to the lobby to hop in the next elevator to go down one more floor.

The loft is adorable with super comfy beds and a lovely. Short walk to the stadium.The owner was a gem to fix my error when I booked the wrong day. Git the place cleaned up for us on short notice and straightened everything out with vrbo.Highly recommend bith this property and renting from Liz
