Beautiful colors decorate this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that sleeps ten and is located on the 3rd floor of the Phoenix V.

·         Queen sofa sleeper and flat screen television in the living area

·         Kitchen is fully equipped with all major stainless steel appliances and granite countertop

·         Seating for six at the table in the dining area and three at the kitchen bar

·         King size bed, flat screen television, and balcony access in the master bedroom

·         Walk-in tiled shower as well as an extended vanity in the master bathroom

·         Wooden table seating six on the tiled balcony to enjoy the breathtaking gulf front view

(Please note: Parking passes are purchased at the time of arrival at Phoenix V.)
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

The host communication was very good. Check in was easy and check out was super easy. Location of the room was great and it was a great size. There is a tv in every bedroom and living room. There were plenty of nice towels and starter supplies. The beds were comfortable and nice pillows. The condo its self needs a lot of repair and upgrades. Most lamps didn’t work or were broken The master bathroom door was almost off the hinges and doesn’t close properly. There were very old; glass coffee table and kitchen table with fake plants under table. All of which doesn’t go well with small children. The condo needs a good cleaning down deep. We booked this one because the first one we booked cancelled due to a water issue. Unless this one has some serious repairs and upgrades I would probably not book this one again. The play area at the condo is fantastic for little kids. The main reason we booked this condo.

Great location, not so great accommodations

Overall the condo was decent. While it was dated, there was plenty of room. The balcony and view was great. As were the pool and splash pad. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bed advertised as a queen turned out to be a full. Another issue was with the cleanliness of the unit. There was mold behind the toilets. And the nightstands and other furniture had a lot of debris behind and under them like they had not been cleaned in some time. The complex itself was in a good location, however it had a variety of unpleasant smells varying from “arm pit” to “wet dog”. The elevators were at the top of the list of complaints. During beach times, just take the stairs. Take your stuff to your car the night before checkout. It is hopeless to catch an elevator. The buggies do not do well on the stairs.
