This property is ideally located to many of our favorite places both on the river and over the Newburgh Beacon bridge. Very convenient!The host was very easy to communicate with, and check-in process was smooth.

Beautiful historic building. I really enjoyed my stay here! The landlord was very responsive and made check-in super easy. The apartment is charming and decorated with lovely art pieces that make the space feel special. The neighbors were friendly and respectful, which made the whole experience even better.

property was great! Perfect for a weekend getaway in the area. Beacon is a 10 minute drive and there are some awesome restaurants on the Newburgh side down by the water. Assaf was great with communicating ahead of time and very pleasant to work with (we saw him on our way out and had a chat). Would stay again!

Convenient location near lots of cool spots. The space was very clean, thoughtfully designed, and included everything you could need. Also—I forgot my Kindle there and had to reach out to the host. He so kindly shipped it to me, and I am beyond touched at his willingness to do so. Obviously just a very good person who was helpful and had a great property.

The room was accurately advertised, clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The building itself, outdoor space, and location were all beautiful. One HUGE highlight was the resident pup, Soda, who greeted us at the gate on Saturday afternoon. He was so friendly and polite. We had a great experience overall. Unfortunately, I had several small issues with the room and provisions. - Only two towels were provided. I would have expected one bath towel per guest per night, as well as a hand towel. - There was no bag in the bathroom waste basket. I felt this was unsanitary. Luckily I had brought an extra plastic bag to use. - There were some structural concerns in the bathroom. I stepped on the baseboard and it fully dislodged. Also, one of the plastic strips protecting the unfinished wood of the shower window fell out while I was showering. I had to reposition both pieces. - Only two pillows were provided. I would have expected two pillows per guest. I am disabled and usually need to hold a second pillow so my shoulders don’t collapse. I ultimately had to ball up some clothes to use instead. Like I said, these issues were relatively small and did not spoil our stay. We sincerely enjoyed this booking.
