About this property

7th Floor One Bedroom! Phoenix V ~ Water Park & Splash Pad!

We have owned lucky Unit 711 since before it was built, and judging from the comments in our guest book over the years, you will love it as much as we do. We have upgraded the cabinets and installed granite counter tops, and a very generous sized flat screen TV and both chairs in the Living Room are indeed two brand new recliners! The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance, pots, pans, and dishes to prepare a full course dinner should you decide to pass up the wonderful seafood restaurants, some of which are within walking distance. When we chose this unit, we liked the number. But even more, we liked the location on the 7th floor. You will enjoy hearing the surf, but not too much of the pool activity. And the folks at Brett-Robinson will take great care of you. Come be our guest, and enjoy the South of Alabama!

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

As a family of 4 the one bedroom condo was great. Plenty of room for all of us to move about and not be in each other’s way. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Around 9am you can see the dolphins playing right in the ocean from the balcony.

Anniversary trip

My husband and I decided to visit Gulf Shores for our 45th anniversary trip we had never been there and heard how beautiful it was. We had a great time there and it is beautiful there. We stayed at Phoenix V unit 711. The staff were very kind and courteous the building was clean and well kept. However our unit was not as described. The floors were the worst, dirty. The area rug in the living room was filthy black. There was ceiling plaster falling in the living room from the day we got there until we left. We ran the Vaccum every day (provided) The bathroom sink wouldn't drain unless you removed the plug. The carpet in the bedroom was in dire need of a good steam cleaning or replaced. The washer and dryer were fabulous as was the kitchen!! We would stay again at the Phoenix V but never in that unit again.

Condo was Very dated. In fact, there were pieces of furniture in there that should be thrown away. That awful piece of wicker furniture and chair, lamps, etc. There was an odor when I first went in but turned the A/C up a degree or two and it dissipated. Icemaker didn't work so no ice. L/R rug was nasty looking. Vertical blinds should be thrown away...very difficult to get open then they left the cord hanging to the floor which is a hanging hazard for small children. On the flip side, condo was clean. View was wonderful! I forgot to turn on dishwasher (I don't have one of those at home, never have).

Condo was almost everything I expected. Things that need immediate attention tub did not drain during shower, blinds need to be replaced missing pieces hard to open, miss matched light bulbs in the ceiling fans and recliner's are uncomfortable. Will consider renting again.

First time on Orange Beach

Had a great 10 days on our first visit to Orange Beach. We have gone to Panama City Beach for years but AL is closer to us now. The beach front condominium was clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable king bed and good furniture. It was on the 7th floor which is a great view of the white sandy beach. The only negative is that it was looking down at the pool and it could be noisy at times. The balconies on this building are not private, they are staggered. Our neighbors could see us any time we were on the balcony. All in all though, we had a wonderful time!
