Relaxing Rustic River Cabin just across from Downtown Omaha!

This is a River Cabin, we are far from a Luxury Hotel! If you are the outdoorsy type, this is the place for you! We offer good space, good views, & privacy!

Secluded cabin located on the Missouri River across from downtown Omaha & Eppley Airfield. <15 Minutes to the Old Market, CHI Center, TD Ameritrade Park (College World Series), Henry Doorly Zoo. 3 main floor bedrooms & loft suite. Sleeps 10+ (1 King, 3 Queens, Trundle Bed, Sofa Hide-a-bed) 20+ft ceilings w/ wood fireplace, 65" Smart TV. Large wrap around deck overlooking the river, Firepit, Plenty of Parking (no garage access). Great for Staycations, Small Gatherings or R&R!

The views from this home are amazing. Abundant wildlife (Deer, Turkeys, Eagles) flying and walking by. This is truly a one-of-a-kind property.

This River front home has 3 bedrooms & a Loft. You will have a large staircase to access home.

Main Level:
- Living Room has 20+ ft Ceilings w wood fireplace (wood provided), 65" Smart TV, Sofa sleeper.
- Dining table seats 8
- 3 Bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, Trundle Bed)

- Firepit (wood & smore sticks provided)

- Outdoor Games (horseshoes, volleyball & net, cornhole bag toss)

- There is a public boat ramp a few miles down the road at Narrows River Park. The park also has a Playground, Picnic area, Archery range and hiking.
Guest access
Guests can access all parts of the house except the garage & basement, both areas are locked.
Other things to note
- Home is on well water. The water quality is not great. The water is high in minerals and has discoloration. We do not recommend drinking it. Bring bottled water to drink!
- This is a secluded cabin home on the river, expect to see bugs. It comes w the territory

-No gatherings above occupancy w/o approval!

The property was very nice. It was quiet, big in space, and easy to get to. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if it was not on well water. We loved it though!

It's unfortunate that VRBO lets a guest who throw a large unapproved party, trash & damage your house, leave a review. Our property was left a complete mess after a party that lasted till 5am. My floors are walls are covered in sticky mess. Most of the furniture was moved to different rooms, they stapled stuff to walls, broke a bed, statue & screen door. Also stained beds & a rug. She did not follow a single check out request and left the doors open & unlocked. After I requested payment for damages she left this review, We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable home for our guests and appreciate future guests who respect the property and house rules.

RENTER BEWARE!Unsatisfactory conditions in order of worst to least:1) a bat was in the residence2) the dishwasher was full of mold3) the staircase runs were not attached to the staircase, presenting a trip hazard4) several light switches or electrical covers were not installed correctly, leaving potentially hazardous conditions5) 3 of the beds (one queen and two full beds as a bunk bed) were all in the same room, eliminating privacy and making it unsuitable despite the number of beds6) it was significantly more "rustic" than expected. The photos are shot to limit an accurate representation of the location, which is dated and does not present as a charming cabin by the river7) the front screen door was damaged and held open with a rockPhotographs have been provided to VRBO.
