The host was easily accessible and responsive to any questions. Home was just as described with cute little Disney touches throughout. Home was clean & set up well. Home was easy to access & everything we needed for our family's long weekend getaway. I would rent with New Creations Properties again.

The townhome was perfect. It was clean and well stocked. Everything you need to stay and play in Orlando. We didn’t get a chance to use the Resort pool or clubhouse because of the weather, but the hot tub at the townhouse worked perfectly and was as advertised. We will definitely book this location again if we need to stay near Disney World again.

We had an amazing stay here! The home had everything we needed, was spacious, clean, and inviting. Beds were comfy, robes were a nice touch. We liked the Disney decor throughout for our 5 year old, as well as the selection of children’s books. The outdoor space was wonderful and relaxing, we enjoyed eating outside when it was warm enough. There were 2 nice, heated pools and 2 hot tubs, which we all enjoyed. Plenty of parking spaces and location was central to all major tourist areas. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Disney area.

No closet in master bed room. The other room had a closet but was unusable because of a large piece of furniture inside that closet. Otherwise, good location and well maintained home.

The luggage bench in the second bedroom closet has now been moved to a better area so future guests won’t run into that issue. As for the master bedroom, we are currently working on building an owner’s closet to store supplies, but in the meantime that space serves as our storage closet — which is very common in short-term rentals.
