Gonzalo is a fantastic, caring host. I was in Santiago by myself for medical treatment. Gonzalo was readily checking on me too see that I was OK. He even purchased some groceries for me when I was in need. He even gave me the keys for unlimited use of his bicycle when I was able. The location is fantastic, right near a tube station. and not far from down town. Gonzalo manages multiple apartments in the building. the one I stayed in was new to him. It had new kitchen appliances, furniture, TV and linen which was Great. The kitchen, kitchen floor and bathroom were original, so a little run down but not really an issue There is a small but decent gym in the building and a pool and BBQ areas on the roof. The pool could be heated and the pool area pressure washed but all in all a great bonus. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend and I would absolutely stay there again should I return to Santiago
