Wow, what a villa…what a resort! Ironically after a long travel day from you-know-where, the villa that was assigned to us was not ready, even though it was after 10pm. The Villatel representatives worked hard as a team to reassign us to another unit and move our luggage for us The villa that they moved us too” was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated and appointed! The kids had everything they needed to keep them entertained and we had a wonderful stay. Shout-out to all the staff at Villatel that met our every request with positive energy and urgency. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was sparkling new and had great space for our two families. We loved having the pool and football table outside. The furnishings were beautiful. There were minor issues, like the kitchen vent cover fell twice, and we didn’t get instructions for checking in or out until after we were home. But we would absolutely stay again.

The property w met all of our needs. It was clean and all necessary items we needed were provided.The only issue i experienced was communication with the host. After booking the property, i received 4 or 5 separate and distinctly different emails from VRBO. None of which provided clear information on where to check in nor how the check-in process worked. Overall, the check-in issue was a minor problem and wouldn't deter me from staying here again.
