Nice condo for the price. Next to Florbama if you enjoy live music and night fun. Families were the major people there. Beach was nice and had very good people taking care of the chairs and umbrella service. Pool was clean and had a splash pad for kids. My A/C worked great and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. You can park on the same floor that you stay on. Eliminates hauling luggage and groceries up and down elevators. And makes it easy to get to your vehicle when you want to go do something. Trash chute was steps from my room as were the elevators.

Will not stay at Phoenix again

This building was extremely noisy. Started with all the partying college aged kids taking over the pool playing loud music and fowl language. People above us were extremely noisy every night till at least 2am. ( moving furniture/ dropping items). We ended up leaving early do to all the problems…was really looking forward to a relaxing week. Maybe next time
