This coastal escape is found on the 7th level of Phoenix X. A lovely 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium, the retreat sleeps six just steps from the sand.

·         Seating for six around dining area table and two at kitchen counter

·         King size bed and flat screen television in charming master bedroom

·         Master bathroom includes combination shower and tub

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
