This unit has been completely renovated and is perfect for the whole family, and comfortably sleeps 8, with a king bed in the master, 2 full beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper. This unit is located on the 11th floor, with direct gulf views. Phoenix X condominium is located in a great location approximately 10 miles east of Hwy 59, in Orange Beach, Alabama. The balcony features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and is located beside Flora Bama.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

Home away from home

This was our first ‘snow bird’ winter away. I had no idea what to expect in a condo, and I can’t believe how lucky we were to find this one. I have zero complaints. It is just as lovely as the pictures on the website display. It was clean, more than enough space, great outdoor furniture, and very comfortable beds. I loved that Florabama was right next door. We plan on going again next year. On a 0-10 scale, I’d give it a 10.

Beautiful Condo

Our family loved staying the week at this beautifully decorated and stocked condo. The pictures are exactly like the room. The beds were comfortable and we will definitely stay here again.
