We booked this unit for seven days for some R&R. The unit is in desperate need of a deep clean in all areas! The furniture was stained as well. Bring your own towels, because the towels provided were paper thin and very small. We had to request more, because you have to use 2 to get completely dry. There aren’t floor rug/towels provided either. The kitchen amenities were super sparse, and in need of updated supplies. Common areas & complex was excellent though!

The location was great. The condo could use a deep clean. The rug in the main room could use a pressure washing, and the bed in the master is so squeaky. You can’t move without it making noise. Beach access was easy and the outdoor pool was nice.

It was a great stay! The only issue was needing more kitchen supplies-additional pots, sizes and cooking utensils. We are a family that likes to cook even when on vacation. Otherwise no complaints!

Our family loved staying the week at this beautifully decorated and stocked condo. The pictures are exactly like the room. The beds were comfortable and we will definitely stay here again.

The condo was decorated very nice and it was very clean. The location was perfect being right next to the FloraBama which allowed us to listen to live music on the beach. No issues with parking or elevators. We had a great trip and would definitely rent this place again. The only thing I would suggest to the owners or managers is to work on the bed in the master bedroom. The bed was comfortable however it made and excessive amount of squeaky noise when turning from side to side. Luckily we sleep with a noise maker. LOL!

Location was great. Areas within the condo needed cleaning (rug, sofa, floor). There was sand all over the floors, we noticed when walking barefoot on arrival. I recommend kitchen pantry getting a deep clean or re-painted.
