Place was easy to locate. The marina itself was quiet, but warning to anyone looking to retire early and spend quiet time in the evening (especially Thurs-Sat), we could hear the music and fun taking place on the other side of the river until late into the night (12:30-1am). Not too bothersome when you close the windows. Otherwise, I’d definitely stay here again!

This is a great rental and great location for easy access to Lake Erie. Delivered everything it says. Fisherman need to know that you will need to find fish cleaning in the area and a place to freeze your fish.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Better than a hotel room with nice views, atmosphere for a night but the lack of adequate hot water for a decent shower was disappointing. It also appeared there was a fire pit in the pics but there was not. Vermillion is a very lovely town with shops and restaurants very close to the tiny home. Also, beware there is a nearby train that runs through the night. Didn’t bother us too much but could be problematic for a light sleeper.

Cute and cozy house on the river was clean and oeaceful. Located near area attractions and a good place to rest your head after a busy day at Main Street Beach. Would suggest bringing small folding chairs to place on dock to fully enjoy the great outdoors in the evening or early morning.Enjoyed our stay!

This place is nicer than the pictures. The wood plank inside makes the place smell so nice. It's brand spanking new with amazing lighting and great views. And despite a previous review, the shower water is nice and hot! I recommend bringing your boat with you and reserve a slip so you can explore Vermilion. What a jewel and amazing opportunity to be able to visit Vermilion on the water. We will be coming back.

Very nice little cabin, was very convenient to jump in the boat and go fishing. Will definitely be back and do it again.I wish it did have a freezer to put fish fillets in. But I will know next time. Thank you !!
