Room was amazing, pretty much fully stocked kitchen. Only complaint is the dryer needs updating took forever to dry a load of laundry and need a lot more towels we had 7 people and I had to wash towels everyday, other than that it was an awesome room, would rent again!

We loved the property and location. The condo was probably one of my favorite I ever stayed in. It felt very open a with lots of room to spread out. The lay out was great!! Plan to stay again for sure!!!

We used the condo for a few days over spring break. We travel to the area frequently and LOVE Phoenix X. This condo was perfect for our needs. Clean, really easy check-in, GREAT beach view, and oh my goodness.... This was the best stocked kitchen ever. We do lots of our own cooking and they had everything that we needed. Will be back again!

Very clean and spacious. Location was literally next door to the FloraBama, which for us meant convenience. Pooll and beach were steps outside and fabulous. Condo was well stocked and comfortable for all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our adult children!

Thanksgiving

We like several things about Phoenix X. It has an indoor pool. It is on the beach. It is next door to the Florabama. The unit layout is perfect. Three bedrooms, three baths a kitchen that is well equipped and easy to use. Finally, there is a balcony.

Lack of communication

Our unit was great, however, we were not told ahead of time that we would not be able to use the outdoor pool, nor could we use the tennis courts, or the shuffle board game, or the hot tub, so we feel we paid for much more than we received.
