This superb property offers 3 very nice fully equipped bedrooms with a king bed, a bunk bed with 3 twin beds and a double bed for a terrific night's sleep also two leaving rooms (including a family room with TV and a dining/family table games table for family movie and games nights, also two dining tables, a very nice fully equipped kitchen, a nice private balcony and a nice private Terrace with BBQ. The property also includes amenities like AC, iron, water heating, washer and dryer, WIFI with high speed internet, beach towels, chairs and cooler, Two Smart TV’s, and more, guests will feel right at home. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and towels for added convenience. We think our place will help you experience everything San Juan, PR has to offer.

Here you will find the Check Out Instructions; -Check out time is at 11am, in some cases we can allow a complimentary late check out but that will only be allowed after communication with host.
-Throw away any open containers. -Wash any dirty dishes and leave them out, we store them. -Take trash to the trash area, located in the right side front right of the house.
-Check out is at 11am. If y’all planning on checking out any earlier please let me know so I can coordinate my cleaning staff earlier -Please turn off both Air conditioners and all lights.

Very nice place and the host was was great. The photos matched the property, very clean when we arrived and neighborhood was quiet. It was large enough for our group of 5 and all rooms had their own A/C units in them to keep us comfortable. We did have one hiccup with the toilet but all it took was a quick message to the host and someone fixed it the same day. Definitely recommend for those wanting to stay close to the airport while having easy access to beaches and other things in San Juan
