Charming Sound Side Beach Home
Finished in the fall of 2017, this beach home is a little piece of heaven on earth! Located on a quiet street just steps from the sound and blocks from the Gulf, and tastefully decorated in pastel beach colors, you will find this a haven of serenity for your family! With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a queen sleeper sofa, 8 will sleep very comfortably. With loads of outside decking, you can sun by day and enjoy the sunsets by evening. Newly built on pilings, there's ample parking underneath and there's always a nice breeze and refuge from the sun if you want to grill out and eat downstairs. There is a gas grill provided.
A spacious and fully stocked kitchen (including Keurig coffeemaker) with granite countertops provides plenty of room for cooking and dining with friends and family. The living area features a 50" flat screen TV and Blu-ray player and free WIFI. All bedrooms have TV's. There is a full size washer and dryer in a hallway closet and 2 full baths with plenty of towels. Beach towels and chairs are also provided.
The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed with decking along the outside. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. There are spacious closets and luggage racks in each room.
We prefer to rent weekly in the summer, but will consider shorter stays. Available SEPTEMBER -FEBRUARY $2400/month.
You must be 25 years old to rent. Our home is located on a quiet street with children living nearby. If you are looking for a place to party loudly, this may not be the place for you.

We offer a 10% military discount with ID.
Pets considered. $75.00 per pet.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the thermostat at 77 in summer, 67 in winter.
If you're there over a weekend, please put the trash cans by the street. That would be so helpful to the next guest!!

I am a Pensacola native who grew up going to Pensacola Beach. My parents purchased this property and one of the original concrete block houses in the mid 70's. In 2016, we demolished the old house and in 2017 we finished a brand new house on pilings!
I am retired music teacher who is still active in music through my church, the Pensacola Symphony, the schools and local theater productions. I live in Pensacola proper, but am only about 20 minutes away from our beach home.
