Our overall impression of the unit was positive. The only thing that needs to be addressed is that the shower/tub had a very slow drain.

Dolphin delight

beautiful view, used the indoor pool every morning. Dolphins were frequently right in front of our condo... and a special treat, Blue Angels in formation so close it was amazing!

Phoenix VII 7202

This was a clean condo on the second floor. It had everything we needed until we were able to go to the grocery store. The couch could use a good cleaning and the fold out bed was a bit rough to sleep on but other than that , we had no issues! Word of advice... popular check-in days and check out days are super busy so there is a bit of a wait for elevators. Construction has started so it limits parking right now so nights we would come in late ... the parking was a bit of a problem. The security will find you a place to park but it might not be exactly a great area to park. The staff was super nice! The location was perfect. Located about a mile away from the condo. The beach was pretty too. Overall it’s a great property to stay at!

Condo needs update and needs to be deodorized

Phoenix 7 was undergoing work on roof. Being on the second floor we didn’t realize the crane would be right outside our door and start up at 6:30 am each day. Condo has an odor - had to purchase air fresheners but it didn’t help. Has a nice view but close to grills at pool and often smoke would rise to the balcony. On positive side view was nice and beach access good. Condo could use hangers, update in barhroom and bedroom.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo!

This condo was just the right size for a get away for my husband and me. Located on the second floor made it easy to just use the stairs especially when going to our car in the parking lot and to just walk down to the basement for easy access to the pool area and beach walkway. We basically had everything we needed for a great little vacation but we would have loved a little more information on the TV - we found trouble accessing the DVD player to play a couple of movies we brought with us. We hope to return to this particular condo in the future for another get away.
