Hot Tub & Sauna Use Notice: The hot tub is equipped with a cover but does not have a locking mechanism. The infrared sauna is located in the garage and is available for guest use. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are present in either area. Guests assume full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of both the hot tub and sauna. By choosing to use these amenities, guests agree to follow all posted instructions and safety guidelines and to ensure children are properly supervised at all times. Neither the property owner nor the management company shall be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or misuse related to the hot tub or sauna.

- Primary booking guest must have at least one prior stay history on Vrbo and maintain a 5-star guest rating/review history. Reservations that do not meet these requirements may be subject to additional screening, cancellation, or a refundable security deposit request at the host’s discretion.



- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.



- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.



- No smoking, parties, or events are allowed, with a strict $1,500 fine for violations.



- 1 pet is allowed for a $75 per pet fee



- Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on our cleaning schedule and can only be confirmed on the day of arrival or departure. A personal vehicle is required. Please reach out with any questions!
