The ground floor includes a large living room, a smaller lounge, den with TV and sofa bed, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, dining room seating for 8-10, and a full bathroom with washer and dryer. The house is cozy in the winter with three fireplaces, and cool in the summer with easy outdoor access. Ten foot high ceilings and fans in every room keep the house very comfortable, even on the hottest days of the summer. City dweller appreciate having the windows open to the clean Berkshire breezes, early morning bird songs, and the church bells.
