Comfort in Fort Smith! Welcome to Montana Tailwater Anglers vacation home, featuring a spacious two-bedroom and one-bath layout, ideal for fishing enthusiasts! This fully equipped home comfortably accommodates up to four people, providing comfort and convenience after a day of fishing on the Bighorn River or Lake. Among its many highlights are the incredible queen and twin XL beds, central heating and cooling, high-speed internet access, streaming TV service, an outdoor deck with a BBQ, and boat parking! This house is new to VRBO but has maintained the highest rating possible on another short term rental site.

This is a very large modular home and is a duplex. Guests enjoy two bedrooms, a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and an outside deck and BBQ! A tenant occupies the second half of the duplex and has a separate and private entrance. The property has plenty of parking, to include parking for small boat trailers.

Jim’s place was just outstanding. He thought of the little things that are important to his fishing guests, like places to hang things after a day on the river. Quite simply, his place was everything we could have hoped for! I will be back if he will have us! Thank you for your hospitality Jim!

What makes this property unique

This home was FULLY remodeled in 2022 and most everything is new, to include appliances, It offers a nice outside deck and BBQ, boat parking, central heat and AC, a fully equipped kitchen, high quality beds and bedding, and is just a few minutes from access to the Bighorn River. The Bighorn Lake is a 20 min drive from the house. We just listed this home on VRBO this year, but for over two years, it has maintained a perfect 5-Star rating on a competing short-term rental site.
