This was the worst place I have ever been in!!!There were holes all over, painted scratched off the walls, one closet door didn’t even have a door knob!! There was damage to everything. The bed my daughter slept in had pieces missing and on the floor. The back yard was completely trashed. There were boards and rusty nails all over. A hand saw was left out on the ground that was also rusted . The futon my son slept on was also broken and had to be propped up. The shower head sprayed all over the wall when you turned it on. The over all cleanliness was awful. “Pet friendly” meant having to tie the dog u to the light pole in the back and not let any of the kids run around. The fence is in shambles. Absolutely terrible.

Hello Thank you for your feedback I would like to say that you took pictures of my neighbors backyard I told you that we have no control if you find any issue in our neighbors yard.Also everything was in perfect condition when you checked into the house. After your checkout,you asked for partial refund. We deny your refund request because you did not mention any issue during your stay. My other guests love this place and they told me that they all had a comfortable stay.I understand everyone’s perception is different. You threatened us to leave us bad review if we do not give you refund,which is really not acceptable. We suggest you if you don’t like something you have the option to cancel your reservation and we may process full refund. Also you mentioned that you found broken bed and broken couch.But after investigation we did not found any broken bed or couch We already report your profile to Vrbo to give false information
