Nice big house on a mountain, with a great view of the surrounding landscape. The location is very bright and sunny. Possible to spot northern lights through the big windows at night.
The house is fully equipped, well planned with large spaces - all on ground floor. You can park the car just a couple of meters outside the entrance. There is a garden just outside the kitchen with a very sunny location.
From the house you can easily reach the 2 main roads in the region - E45 and E10. They can take you to popular destinations over day like - Jokkmokk, Sarek, Kvikkjokk, Kiruna, Abisko, Jukkasjärvi, Karesuando, Finland Haparanda, and the costal area (Luleå / Kalix).
The regions 2 main airports, Luleå and Kiruna, are about 2 hours away. They have good rental car deals with pickup and leave at the airport.
In the winter there is a popular ski resort with an early season start - Dundret, about 35 minutes away in Gällivare.
The nearby region has a rich history. The historical Sami village - Sjokksjokk once operated here. The region has many historical traces from that period, especially showing in the names. There are still a lot of reindeer and herders in the surrounding forests.
If you like fishing after trout, arctic char, grayling, salmon etc. then this is a good place. There are 2 rivers below the house. A short drive away is the Sotaure location, with many fine lakes, crystal clear water and just a couple of hundred meters in between the lakes.
