House was clean, host communication was great. The people renting the other side of the duplex were loud after midnight. Not great, but Host cannot be held liable for that. Didn't like that there was no on site parking as stated, just in the street which we were uncomfortable with. Neighborhood just gave off and "unsafe" vibe. Put my son on edge.

Thank you very much for staying with us, we really appreciate it. I apologize about the other guests. I’m sorry you felt that way about the neighborhood, we are a town of 8000 people and you were two blocks from the police department with a heavy police presence. There is very minimal to no crime that has been committed in that area in the last 10 years. I wish you safe travels and thank you again.
