Your Everett and Seattle adventure begins at this 4-bedroom house. Marvelous bedroom options include 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 sofa bed. With 3 bathrooms featuring showers and hair dryers, guests will feel right at home. The living room offers additional space with a cozy sofa bed. It has a leather sectional sofa with three recliners and leather dining set. The house has one full kitchen upstairs and one Kitchenette downstairs. The backyard provides a swing set, and playground for kids with BBQ equipment for your outdoor grill needs. We are 30 min North of Seattle, 10 min from Boeing, Puget Sound, 25 min from Microsoft and Lake Washington, and just about 30 minutes from a few fantastic hiking trails and State Parks. The house includes Tea, Coffee, Drinking Water, Hot Water, and almost everything you need to feel right at home. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Sia’s place was perfect for my young family. There was plenty of space and Sia also provided some indoor toys in addition to the outdoor swing set that my kids loved! Definitely would stay here again if I come back to the area. Sia was very genuine and made himself available for questions and concerns. A great host with a great homey place to stay.

Sia was very friendly and so kind and responded quickly when i had any questions about his property. The house and layout was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of counter space with new appliances and had plenty of room for multiple families to move around in. Grocery stores were just around the corner along with fast foods. Our stay in this house made us want come back to Everett, soon

Drinks in fridge for us complimentary. Everything we needed for the stay. Its a tri level house so handicapped will struggle with the amount of stairs on porch, and inside house entry. Some outdated bed comforter but Overall great stay and clean. Only complaint is fridge door would keep hitting the counter top as fridge and counter are in each other's way.

Hi Denver, house images show that we have a duplex, a two story house. One would need to pay attention when reserving this type of a house, if disabled unfortunately. Regarding mattresses and comforters, they were purchased from IKEA and Macy’s in June 2025, with usual mattress age, they are almost new. So I’m not sure why you felt that they were old. About the fridge door, it has two side by side doors, one side opens 180 degrees, and the other side opens 100 degrees. We lived in that house for 7 years and never had an issue, our other Airbnb and Vrbo guests never had issues either. It all depends how aggressive you open a fridge door by smashing it to the other side. For a peaceful person, it works just fine. Honestly, that shouldn’t be even a complaint. You had an A clean home with all its proper amenities. Good luck to you but your review is a bit unfair.
