About this property

GUARUJÁ PITANGUEIRAS VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH

Very well located and very close to the beach in the best region of Pitangueiras. Two parking spaces. House of 1 room with 60 m2 of built area and 120 m2 of land, chalet-nautical style, with lacquered lambri ceiling. It has a large bedroom with four bunk beds and table, plus two beds under the bunk beds, as you can see in the photos. In the living room, there is a TV set and a pull-out couch, which, when lifted, becomes a double bed. There is a garden-parking at the front and an area behind. There are network hooks and ceiling fans. In the front area you can do barbecue, however at the moment you need to bring a portable barbecue. The mattresses are good and the intention is always to deliver the house cleaned with a very well made cleaning. The kitchen is equipped with pans, cutlery, plates, cups, blender, etc ...
