GUARUJÁ PITANGUEIRAS VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH

Very well located and very close to the beach in the best region of Pitangueiras. Two parking spaces. House of 1 room with 60 m2 of built area and 120 m2 of land, chalet-nautical style, with lacquered lambri ceiling. It has a large bedroom with four bunk beds and table, plus two beds under the bunk beds, as you can see in the photos. In the living room, there is a TV set and a pull-out couch, which, when lifted, becomes a double bed. There is a garden-parking at the front and an area behind. There are network hooks and ceiling fans. In the front area you can do barbecue, however at the moment you need to bring a portable barbecue. The mattresses are good and the intention is always to deliver the house cleaned with a very well made cleaning. The kitchen is equipped with pans, cutlery, plates, cups, blender, etc ...

Apesar dela estar bem parecida com as fotos, até com algumas coisas melhores, como a geladeira e o ventilador para os beliches, preciso pintar de novo várias coisas, porém acho que não vou ter tempo para isto antes da alta temporada. Local próximo a praia, caminhada por menos de 5min, próximo a diversos locais, ambiente bom para levar amigos, preço acessível caso queira aproveitar a praia, usando a casa apenas para repouso. Obrigado, Samanta, você também foi muito gentil e ótima hóspede. Terei muito prazer em recebê-la novamente. É muito gratificante saber que os hóspedes ficaram bem contentes. Até fico um pouco constrangido com o "tudo perfeito", porque tento melhorar sempre e sei que tem algumas coisas para arrumar. Mas a geladeira e a tv realmente são novas e estão perfeitas. Como tem muitos prédios em volta e por isto pegam poucos canais, acho que uns 5, mesmo com antena externa, tenho pensado em colocar SKY pré pago, mas fico na dúvida, pois encareceria o aluguel. Poderia deixar como opção para os hóspedes pagar ou não o pacote de três dias durante os meses de baixa, e eu pagaria o pacote mensal para janeiro, por exemplo. Fico na dúvida, porque afinal, o pessoal não vai para a praia para assistir tv... Sobre o wifi é o mesmo dilema. O que você acha?

Não recomendo em dias de chuva.

Em meio a um final de semana de muita chuva, a casa apresentou algumas goteiras, e o sistema de escoamento de agua, ineficiente, fazendo com que "alagasse" o quintal e a garagem, meu cunhando teve a infelicidade de acordar com uma barata andando em seu braço. De resto, foi bom, ótima localização, e casa bem equipada, uma proposta simples e objetiva, e o dono do imóvel muito atencioso e flexível.
