The home had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen (just bring food), pool and the list goes on. Host was very welcoming and accessible. Highly recommended.

Property was clean and had a lot of extras like the use of two wagons, canoe, kayak, and paddle board. The pool was beautiful and had fun rafts and toys. It had many beach chairs so we didn’t have to bring any. Kitchen had tons of silverware, dishes, and glassesKevin was a great host and very responsive.

Excellent family vacation. Great pool & walkable to beach. The house is comfortable, has multiple sitting areas both indoor and outdoors. There are privacy bushes so that you don’t even see the neighbors. Lovely outdoor patio and full refrigerator. It’s very well stocked with EVERYTHING you need for cooking, bbq, and the beach. Towels, chairs, wagons, sand toys. Kevin is very responsive to whatever your questions or concerns are. He even took us out for a boat ride. Great host!

The pool area is indeed the oasis of this property. We had a lovely family reunion there. We have rented from VRBO before and have always been happy. One factor that was not our usual experience this time, was the fact that we could not pick our own entry code for the property. I believe that puts the guests and the owner at risk, So I would sugggest that the entry code is created by the guests who are staying there.All in all, a great time was had by all. Thank you so much!!!

Just comIng off of a fun week at this great site! Our group of 11 fit in the house with our middle school kids taking the bunks. Highlights for all of us were the beautifully landscaped grounds, large deck including shaded areas, a super pool and dock! The latter led to fishing with line and net and finding some cool animals. Kids enjoyed supervised swimming off the dock, too. And, of course, we were a short and easy walk to a great beach!The owners were easy to work with and very responsive.

Vacation at Villa Rosa

Villa Rosa is in amazing condition and is ideally located on a canal and near the beach. Beautiful backyard with a great pool and deck. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. We had a great family vacation in Sandbridge!

Wonderful beach and pool getaway in Virginia Beach!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Communication with owner was easy and check in was smooth. The home was clean and well kept and in a really nice neighborhood. Private pool, private kayak and paddle board and canoe, and shaded areas by the pool. I can go on and on.

This is a beautiful home and a stunning location. The amenities go far beyond any other rental we have ever stayed in. We had one minor issue with a shower drain, and the property owner came o we and fixed the problem immediately. Highly recommend.

We really try to make everything perfect. But things sometimes fail. That's why we always tell everyone if anything is wrong call us right away so we can fix the problem. We are 15 minutes away to handle anything that might happen.

Great vacation home for our group!

The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Awesome pool and great location on the canal. The walk to the beach was short and there was a grocery store and restaurants nearby. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation Rental!!

This home was perfect for a family beach getaway! It offered a great location, plenty of amenities and was very well kept. The VRBO summary was on the mark. The owner (Kevin) was also very responsive and polite. We would definitely rent this home in the future.

Family vacation

We absolutely loved staying at this home. The pool, all the toys and supplies for the beach was very much appreciated. We spent a lot of time outside with the pool. It was well lite at night and a lot of seating. I would recommend this Home.

Nice home with great amenities.

The home was extremely clean. Everything including the towels, sheets, kitchen. Our large family of kids and adults loved the home. Would definitely stay here again. We really needed to bring nothing. Great place with lots of amentieis.

Wonderful vacation

This house was perfect for our family week in sandbridge. We had more than enough room for 8 of us ...two kids under 6. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was fantastic with lots of deck space and just so peaceful. The owners were very pleasant and responded almost immediately with any concerns. Overall a fantastic trip!our family enjoyed everything about this house

Beautiful vacation home! We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation home.

Kevin was extremely attentive when we needed something. The backyard, pool, cabana, grill, paddle boat, and paddle board kept everyone entertained and happy. Plus, easy access to the beach for great beach days. The home was spotless and well equipped. We loved everything!!

Delightful week in Sandbridge

Beautiful community and beach area to enjoy with home in great location. We really enjoyed this home as it was clean, spacious, and had a great recreational feel- large, beautiful pool, canoe/kayak/paddleboard, screened in porch and outdoor seating areas with shade. Kevin is extremely responsive and is very available. Highly recommend this home for couples and families.

Wonderful property!

We had a great stay at Kevin’s home in Sandbridge! The check in was welcoming as Kevin met us at the house and ensured we had what we needed. It was nice to have ample wagons, high chair and pool floats as it decreased our packing necessities. The property was everything we had hoped for and enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach! The home was clean and would definitely recommend!

Great outdoor area. Pool was perfect. The paddle board, canoe and kayak were enjoyed by everyone. Everything was in great working condition and clean. The outdoor decor and foliage was beautiful. Kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. You can tell they take very good care of this home.
