Our stay at the Palmetto House was absolutely PERFECT! The house is immaculate, the location is excellent, the ability to walk almost anywhere is a perk in itself and the overall feel of the house was clean, modern, efficient, and cozy! Would recommend again and again!

Wonderful home that is cozy and comfortable! Great kitchen equipped with everything you need! Bedrooms and bathrooms are fantastic! Very clean inside the home as well! Great location on the island in a quaint neighborhood near the lighthouse. Highly recommend!

The host was responsive and helpful. This place was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the lighthouse and the adult kids really enjoyed taking the bikes out. Unit had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. It was a short drive to the beach and to downtown St. Augustine. Great stay!

Wow! This was our favorite rental ever! Everything was welcoming from the lush landscaping, the firepit and the bicycles, to the cozy decor, fully stocked coffee bar and kitchen. It was the perfect home away from home for our family. They even had it deocrated for Christmas! Will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing place to saty.

If I could give it a 10 I would! From the time we booked, it was an awesome experience. Matt, the host, was very nice and helpful. The house was incredibly clean, very updated, even had the good toilet paper. The firepit had been updated to a nice propane kind. Bikes were provided. Every thing you could think to need was there. The only thing we had to buy was what we wanted to eat and drink. Will absolutely return! Close to everything you would need/want to do.

This is a beautiful newly built property that is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully landscaped creating a relaxing and welcoming environment from the moment you arrive. The home is stocked with all the perfect amenities from soft sheets and incredibly comfortable beds to strong water pressure in the showers which is key for a rental as we all know! The kitchen is nicely stocked to cook a meal during your stay. We especially appreciated the two coffee makers( a drip coffee machine and a Keurig).It is ideally located within walking distance from the lighthouse, miniature golf and many restaurants.Our overall experience was extremely positive. We truy felt appreciated as guests, and it was clear that the owner genuinely cared about creating the best possible vacation experience.We'll absolutely will be staying here again. Highly recommend!
