TV with Netflix in all rooms, BBQ Pit, picnic table, huge covered deck with seating area and sweeping views of Copano Bay. Just steps away from the private 325' lighted fishing pier with cleaning station. Excellent pier and wade fishing, kayaking accessible and the best sunsets on Copano Bay! Just a few miles away from multiple bay systems, boat launches, bait stands. Water access for wade fishermen and kayaks, plenty of room to park your boat. Rockport's pristine beach, community pool, restaurants, shopping all just minutes away. Don’t forget your camera our view of the sunset is one of Copano Bay finest!
