The amenities at Province Park are unbeatable. Located on the grounds are tennis & Pickle Ball courts & outdoor kids play area, Club House each with a heated pool, fitness room, and even a private media center, a 2000 square foot lighted putting facility. The main gate leads right to the Hike and Bike trail.
Eastwood Golf Course is next to Providence Park, is literally a hop, skip and a jump to the first hole. As good as a golf course as it is, its PAY AS YOU PLAY! So no expensive membership needed. Eastwood Golf Course was ranked in the Top 100 in Golf Digest for 10 years. It sits on over 150 acres, plays to a par 72 layout, has 87 bunkers and water plays into 10 out of the 18 holes.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. We had no surprises. The costs were exactly what we were anticipating.The unit had everything that we needed, even things that we were not expecting, i.e. Reverse Osmosis water treatment machine, Printer, toner and paper for our use.Communications with the owner was easy.If we go the Fort Meyers again, we will probably stay in the same unit, if available.

Beautiful Sunset Every Day. We Could Have Stayed Here Forever

This is the best equipped, cleanest condo with the most responsive and caring host Debbie. The pictures present the condo exactly as it is. The other reviews are bang on. The lanai overlooking the lake is priceless. We used the bikes for long rides on nearby bike trails. We played pickle ball (4 courts) twice a week with welcoming residents of the community and we made new friends. There is a small gym in the clubhouse with 2 treadmills, an elliptical, a bike and a weight machine. If you need more equipment there is an exceptional gym (ATC) nearby that you can join for a monthly fee. The condo pool is perfect and is marked to do laps. There is a table tennis table with paddles indoors. There is bocce ball set available in the clubhouse. If you are a golfer there is a great public golf course adjacent to and accessible from the community. Check with the office when you first arrive to reserve a cart at a discount. It a short drive to shopping and restaurants. The beaches are about 15+ minutes away by car. Debbie provides a green binder that has an inventory of every item in the condo and its location in the condo. The storage closets house all items in labelled clear plastic boxes. When you first arrive, suggest you read the binder . The binder also contains lots of information on the community and the surrounding area. Thank you Debbie, our stay was exceptional.

Location, Location, Location

Upon arrival the condo was clean, fresh and quiet. Debra is easy to reach by text. She answered any questions fast. The condo is the best because of it's location. Plenty of stores, restaurants, gas stations, and banks to choose from. I would stay again but Debra mentioned that she was going to stay there herself more often.

Condo at Province Park

We had a really nice vacation at Province Park The Condo was perfect for us. It is so nice and clean and so well equipped with everything we needed, especially coming in from the U.K. Debbie, the owner, was so easy to deal with and very helpful throughout the booking process. I'm not sure if we will be this way again but if so we would love to rent the Condo again.

It was a great relaxing, functional , well equipped condo on a pretty lake.

The condo is spacious, very clean and fully tiled. Laundry facilities are great. We enjoyed the lanai and sunsets on the lake. We enjoyed having good TVs in each room and wifi. Everything you need is right there. The condo is a very brief walk to the lovely WARM pool . The people in this community were friendly and yet quiet. There is nothing the owner won’t do to make you comfortable. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach are a short drive away. Yes - we enjoyed our stay.

I always wanted a vacation home when I retired & it came true. I had family in Fort Myers so it was the perfect spot. The area offers so much!
