Great spot

Excellent location and very nice place to stay. A little tricky to find (entrance is next to Cacao 70). Would definitely stay there again.

Good spot for easy access to the rest of the city

Nice little loft, easy access, great location. The area is a bit sketchy, but the location is secure.

Great Apt, not so great neighborhood

Absolutely loved the apartment. However, brought my two teenage daughters and with the high amount of homeless people in the neighborhood did not feel safe coming and going at night. Other than that it was a great stay.

The apartment is very clean and airy. It has everything you would need and is comfortable and for us well suited to our needs. The upstairs bedroom could be tricky for anyone with balance issues but the space is very nice and the beds very comfortable. The shower has very good pressure and the water gets good and hot.
