The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a built-in oven, cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and in-home laundry. The primary suite offers its own private lounge or sunroom, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over the garden, creating the ultimate spot for morning coffee or evening reading.

An additional guest lofted bedroom located above the detached garage provides added space and privacy—ideal for families or multiple couples traveling together. Inside the garage, you will find access to paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, wagons, bikes, bocce ball, fire pit for beach, blow ups, volleyball net, and lawn darts!

This property comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, with three full bathrooms to accommodate everyone with ease.

With Chicago just 75 minutes away, this is the ideal destination for a weekend retreat or extended getaway.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are ring cameras onsite, one at the front door, and one on the corner of the garage.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
