Additional disinfecting of contact surfaces is being undertaken and increased cleaning fee reflects that. Also a medical grade UV light has been added to the HVAC system that kills mold, bacteria and viruses.

Open floor plan with kitchen/dining area seating 12 comfortably, living room features gas fireplace with smart TV. The house has a 23ft x 10ft rear screened porch with table seating 8-10 and comfortable lounge seating

Kids room featuring 55in smart TV, DVD player, Wii and lots of board games and books to entertain the kids. There is an outdoor paved patio area 14ft x 10ft with built in fire pit (8 chairs) and gas grill.
