This house was a dream. The views of the Smoky Mountains were amazing. Sitting on the upper back deck and viewing the mountains was my favorite part of the stay. The rooms were clean, the host contacted me before hand about some things that were being fixed due to prior renters. The kids fully enjoyed the pool. We had plenty of room for 12 people. This place was Very family friendly. The host responded every time I contacted them. We would definitely stay again.

Great house and even better location!

This house was perfect for our family of 10 and had everything we could ask for in a vacation home! The location was great as a home base for the daily activities we had planned from visiting relatives in Brentwood to seeing the sites in Knoxville, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountains and even the Biltmore in Asheville NC. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

The company and agent were so easy to work with. really looking out for our best interest. Then condo was very nice and head everything we needed. The view was breath taking.i would highly recommend this property, unless its a week I want yo come back. lol.;)

The host responded in a timely manner. The house was clean. The property listed an “indoor heated pool”. The pool was not heated. We had kids in our group and neither the kids or adults could use the pool because it was very cold.

My group came to stay over Valentines weekend. It was 4 couples. When I did my research on the property I was very particular on making sure the common areas could accommodate 8 adults. When we arrived at the address provided the day of, the common areas of the property did not accommodate 8 adults. The dining room table (where we normally spend a good bit of time) only had 6 placemats and 6 chairs. The couches could only seat 6 people and there was a movie theatre (which was NOT in the photos of the property) with only 6 chairs. I was unable to call the owners only message and wait on replies. The replies came from AI and the owners NEVER called. This is unacceptable and the worst cabin experience I have had thus far. We had to bring chairs in from the patio and try to seat eveyone. This property uses stock photos so do not trust you will get what you see. One of the chairs broke and my friend hurt herself and their response (from AI of course) was sorry to hear that maintenance does not come on the weekends. I will NOT be back.

A beautiful 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home with a beautiful mountain view. We had an indoor heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a movie room, and an arcade with many games including golden Tee and a large indoor shuffleboard court. we were close to stores, restaurants and many attractions. A great place to stay with the whole family. Our owners from Australia were gracious and concerned but there was no need, everything went smoothly.

The property was in an amazing location and the indoor pool, theater room, and games were fantastic for the kids! While the kitchen was decently stocked, we could have used more silverware and a larger table since the house does sleep so many. It was difficult to get all 11 of us to eat at the same time with inadequate utensils and seating. Communication with the host was fantastic, especially when we had an issue with the coffee maker.

Two families tried to check in and go into the same VRBO that was currently rented. How awkward! Hosts would not take a phone call, had to text. After being told two other homes with codes, we finally found one that worked. So stressful when family was meeting at the original address given to us.We had no internet, no TV the entire trip. We planned to watch movies as a family, but without internet were not able. We asked to get moved, or help to fix the internet, but they were not able to help us and we asked MULTIPLE TIMES. Two of the couples in our group went to hotel after seeing dirty and stained bedding, roaches, spiders and no internet. I've stayed in this area multiple times, however this group was not one I would ever stay with again. So disappointed. Beautiful home.....they just need to do better.
