This ground-floor corner unit features an open floor plan with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room includes a queen sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), and access to a private deck. The dining area seats 6, and the fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware.
The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen Smart TV, and walk-in closet. The remodeled bathroom features a shower/tub combo with a separate vanity area. A stackable washer and dryer are included in the unit for guest convenience.
Guests enjoy access to Wildflower’s community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, multipurpose court (tennis, pickleball, basketball), and a pool area with community propane BBQs and restrooms. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.
