Beach Haven Beach Block - 3rd house from beach - 2 private decks & so much more.
Enjoy an ocean block stay in the top unit of this big, beautiful, Beach Haven duplex. Unit 2 has 3 large bedrooms, 2 FULL baths plus a designated outside shower. The kitchen is light, bright and fully stocked. After a fun filled day on the beach, grill dinner on the front deck, watch the sun set from the roof deck, then kick back and watch a show on the 75 inch smart tv. High speed internet and central AC keep everyone happy during down time. 233 Merivale is located in the south end of Beach Haven. Close to the restaurants and stores but far enough from the traffic and crowds. There is no "through" traffic on Merivale Ave. making the short walk from house to beach safe for all. Lenny&Johns deli and Boardwalk Ice-cream are conveniently located to the left and right. Pickle ball courts and playground are just one street away. There is something for everyone on Merivale Ave.
