Great House
This was our 2nd time at this house. There was plenty of room for 5 guys. It's a great place with great views of Willoughby Gap. Brett, the owner, is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Communication is top notch! Will definitely stay here again!
This was our 2nd time at this property. Highly recommend. Brett (owner) easy to reach & is a great communicator. The house slept 5 of us very comfortably. We will return in the future.

Fall weekend
The house was perfect for what we needed but absolutely freezing! It was 58 degrees inside and the resetting of the Nest temp control was not easy to figure out and the temp never got much higher. I have a feeling it takes a while with the high open ceilings. Aldo for what it costs the amount of work you need to do before departing is a lot. I’m used to taking out the trash, but not loading and starting dishwasher gathering all towels into a pile and striping every bed and liking linens
We enjoyed an extended weekend with friends mountain biking at KT, hiking up Mt. Pisgah (just a short ride away), and a stroll up the ski area. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking with the group and the large fireplace was just perfect for the early fall chilly nights.
Love this house, Third time staying here with family.
Such a great location view off the deck is so good you just want to sit out there and sip coffee all morning.
Hope to get back soon!

Nice house if a little overrated in pictures and a terrible management company
I have never paid so much money for such a mediocre house before. The views were not mediocre and the kitchen was great. The carpet was stained and the mattresses for the most part were terrible. Evolve is a horrible company. I booked the reservations and then realized how much the fees were . When I called to inquire the person I spoke on the phone with was rude and sarcastic. My advice for the owners, who seem really lovely based on what can tell from their personal items at the house, is to not use Evolve and to get new carpeting. We did enjoy ourselves but the cost was a bummer.
Great spot. Beautiful views. Really comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Ants in the upstairs bedroom was the only problem.

Not the best, not the worst
Smaller than expected, very tight and close quarters. We normally rent a larger house but this one said it sleeps 10 so we took it. Kitchen is tiny if you are cooking for 10. no yard at all. For skiing and biking only it is probably perfect. Parking is nonexsistant. We were not unsatisfied, but not what we had expected
Beautiful home on Burke mountain. Lots of space for two families (4 adults and 4 teens) to share. Kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and staring off into the mountains. We especially enjoyed the easy access to downhill trails.
This was such a cozy home with all you need for a week away in the mountains. The views from the deck are spectacular! The house is close to the town and within an hour of some fun spots to visit. Id highly recommend going to St. Johnsbury to Dog Mountain, such a special place for animal lovers. All in all very clean and plenty of firewood to enjoy warm fires at night.
Our annual mountain bike trip was awesome. We couldn't have paid for better weather. We have rented other houses, but this one checked all the boxes! We will rent it next year! Awesome house with awesome views!
Perfect location and great view. We biked Kingdom Trails all week. House could use some attention with general maintainence and upkeep.
