Nestled in one of Austin's treasured neighborhoods, The Westlake Estate is the perfect place for any group gathering. The home features a Main House as well as a Back House all on an oversized lot under heritage oaks that are over 200 years old. The Main House has an open living and kitchen area so that no one is far from the action. The Back House has its own living area and kitchen, which is just across the breezeway from the game garage complete with TV, pool/ping pong table and a relaxing sectional sofa. The courtyard features a relaxing porch space with dining and lounge areas overlooking the pool and hot tub. This property is regularly set for 12 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 16 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

A lovely spot - with plenty of room for family to spread out and gather. The property is beautiful - with easy access to Austin.The concierge services were really helpful. They stocked our fridge and coordinated a birthday cake . Check out was very very easy.

Great Rental in a cozy neighborhood

Overall the house was nice and clean. Neighborhood was great making the drive into downtown Austin convenient. Only hidden cost was the jacuzzi heater & pool which you can opt out to get or not. Will definitely stay again.

12 of us—all professionals in our early/mid 30’s—stayed here for a bachelor party weekend. The layout of the place is great and pictures don’t do it justice. The Ty and Sherie from Arrive were great and very accommodating. The space was fine for 12 people, but would be more comfortable for 8 or fewer. But I would definitely stay again.

Overall a nice stay, clean, well kept and a lot to do. Pool, ping pong, great ac, and up kept. However we were let down on the room situation with the added beds as the post mentioned it could sleep up to 14. This meant added beds in a office with a desk and furniture so it wasn’t actually suited as a sleeping space. There was also pictures of the families and there clothes in drawers and closets. I wish this was communicated better

Disappointing in most regards

Overall, I was very disappointed in this rental for the price charged. This was priced at a premium and the experience was well short of a premium one. The owner left their personal items in bedrooms and the kitchen. There was no closet space to hang items. We were there for a week and lived out of our suite cases. All drawers in the bedrooms were full with homeowner items. The bathroom drawers were full too - home owner toiletries, hair brushes, etc. The upstairs bedrooms had a substantial amount of childhood photos, trophies, pictures from childhood - so many my daughters felt uncomfortable sleeping in those bedrooms. The kitchen intermingled drawers for renter use with drawers with personal effects. The kitchen pantry again mixed home owner items with the trash bins they ask you to use. There was no place but the kitchen counters to store non-perishable groceries for the week. There are a lot of family pictures in most room - dining room (2 of 3 walls), living room, both upstairs bedrooms, master bedroom, in the coach house. For a rental property the owner should make the decor much more neutral than presented. Second, the rules for the hot tub and pool could have been better disclosed. The owner requires the property manager to come on and off the property each time the hot tub is turned on and off! This was unsettling at best and negatively impacted our ability to settle in and enjoy. The hot tub has to go off at 10:00 pm even on weekends even if there is no noise from the guests. The pool lights did not turn on. The property management company was pleasant and had consistently good communication. They admitted to a ball being dropped along the way and it should have been communicated to us prior to check in the home was homeowner occupied. I'm an experienced renter and have not seen a home presented this way before. They attempted to move us to another home but there was no availability.

So glad we booked this place! The house is awesome - it’s designed for both relaxation and fun in a beautiful neighborhood. Our house manager, Alexandrea, was incredible and made our stay extra special and comfortable. Everything was set up beautifully upon our arrival. The house comfortably slept our group of 15.

Lovely Property for Family Gathering

The property was very clean, and the main living area was spacious. The pool and yard were lovely, and we enjoyed watching the deer in the back of the property. It was challenging for our party of 9 adults and a baby that one of the showers was broken, and I was notified only two days before arrival. Nevertheless, this was a nice location for our family gathering, and we really enjoyed our stay. It was a pleasure working with the Above Realty Group. Conor in Guest Services was so helpful before arrival. The House Manager, Alexandrea, was wonderful! There were several maintenance issues involving power to plugs, fans, outside lights, dishwasher, and internet service. She was very prompt in addressing these issues and any other request we had. She even surprised us with pastries one morning. The Above team is excellent!

Accommodations were well appointed, and amenities (pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong table) were great additions. The house including rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were all clean, and we felt like we had everything we needed.Equally if not more impressive was the ABOVE staff. The concierge services made scheduling activities including a pontoon boat ride were very helpful. Ronie, our house manager went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable, happy, and even at times well fed and hydrated! He took the initiative on several occasions to bring us items we needed even without us asking (ex. waffles for breakfast). He was personable and attentive, and I could see him getting along with all different groups and types of people.All in all, great stay.

This property was truly a one of a kind experience. It has two homes on the property with a pool in between them. We so much enjoyed laying by this private pool, playing some washers in the back yard, and hanging out in the turfed garage playing some ping pong. We never wanted to leave this property!

Beautiful Property and Very Nice House

Very nice property and we had a great time. There are a few items to be aware of. 1. The pool is not as big as it looks in the picture. 2. The management company comes in with a sheet full of rules and fines attached when you arrive and ask you to sign it. I reluctantly did but marked out the $1,000 fine if a neighbor calls and says we were too loud. Really?!? There is no smoking outside, another big fine for that etc. etc. etc. Also the managers drop by everyday to check up on the house. Overall everything went smoothly and I got the deposit back. Just made me feel a little like being in a college dormitory instead of a luxury home. On the plus side the managers were available and ready to do anything for us. The hot tub heater wasn’t working (which was additional to have turned on) so the my got someone out very quickly and didn’t waived that fee. The also setup additional beds for our big group for a fee but it was a big help.

I am so thankful for ARRIVE property management. The house was incredibly, perfect for our group. The pool was perfect for the hot weather and there was plenty of room in the front and back house. ARRIVE was amazing with anything I needed help with. Sherie helped us book a river float and was incredibly accommodating. She answered any questions immediately and was so kind through changes in our schedule. Sean our on site contact was so wonderful. She was amazing about checking in on us, seeing if we needed anything, and answering any questions. I am so so grateful for ARRIVE and the house. Seriously, the weekend was great because of the ARRIVE team. I cannot reccommend them enough!

Guys weekend- one for the books

We had our guys weekend here and it was awesome. The House was cool and fit all of us perfectly. We used the ping pong/pool table a lot of the time and we used the pool a ton. We grilled some, but went downtown to Rainey street to have dinner and go out after a few times, too. I would suggest Rainey, if you haven’t been. Great house. We had a great time.
