About this property

Welcome to Milo's Beach house. Beautifully decorated and short walk to beach.

Brand new to the rental market. Welcome to Milo's Beach Bungalow, this home is located just across the street from the Coast Guard station on East Beach. Just steps from one of the best beaches on the island. This home has three floors. Located on the first floor is the two car garage, one of two masters and billiard room.

The second floor is where you will find a large living area, kitchen, library, dining area, office, half bath, chess table and another large eating table.

Up the stairs to the third floor is where the second master is located. There you will also find the other three guest rooms.

This home is within walking distance to some of the islands best restaurants and shops. The village area is where you will find shops, restaurants, fishing pier, putt putt, play ground and light house are just a five minute drive away. This home has everything a large family will need while on vacation and is sure to be a family favorite for years to come.



Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night

Linens, towels, dishes, standard kitchenware, hairdryer, an iron, and wireless internet/cable television services. So you won’t have to start your vacation with a trip to the store, we supply you with the following essentials:

2 laundry detergent pods
2 dishwasher soap pods
1 bar of soap in each bathroom
Liquid hand soap
Liquid dish soap
