It's the perfect place to chill out after a fun day in the mountains!

Do not butcher any animals at or in this property. Do not leave animal parts in the house or in the garbage. The collector refuses to pick them up.

Perfect location and plentiful space!!! We stayed for 5 nights in September to celebrate a 50th birthday and attend the Wine and Music festival. We had 9 women and had so much space! The pictures do not do it justice. So many seating areas and places to spread out. The location can’t be beat, just a few blocks from the pedestrian bridge into town and a short walk to the bakery, market, Euphoria, etc. The house was very clean and fully stocked! As someone who has been coming to Lake City since the late 80s, this was a great house to introduce my friends to the special place that is Lake City!

We had a fabulous time in Lake City. We were first timers and there for a family wedding. The house was very warm and inviting. Plenty of everything and very clean. The space was great and fit all of the ones staying amazingly. It was close to everything we needed! It felt like staying at a friends house and we felt very welcome. We will be back!

We loved the house and location. We brought our sxs and were able to ride to and from the house. The property owner was super prompt with any questions we had. The house was clean and extremely spacious. We will definitely be back!

Crazy 14er Climb

We were a group of 8 fairly experienced hikers from the Monument/Co Springs area wanting to knock out the 5 big peaks in this area. We absolutely loved this location as it was perfect launch spot for all of our hikes allowing us to get early start and make it back for a shower/bath and make dinner before heading out the next morning. The BBQ was wonderful for our fellowship time and the location being so close to town was perfect! The home was clean, comfortable, well stocked with all the necessities (especially coffee) and also close enough to town so if you needed to grab something or want to go out to eat one night its only minutes away. We will definately be back!
