Beautiful ski and all season home in Aspen, easy walk to the gondola! Bus service at end of the street, quiet neighborhood with park behind it. Premium cable and wi fi throughout home. 3rd floor hot tub. Park has playground, picnic area, fountain, pond, and hiking trails! This luxury private home in a quiet neighborhood near the free local bus line that services all four area ski areas. Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. This home features 4 bedrooms with private baths, AC in 3 upper bedrooms and upper living area, living, dining room, large closets, deck with seating, media room downstairs with bar, mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher and large TVs. Two sets of washers and dryers (one in master closet) and dishwashers are on premises. Front of home has 3-4 legal parking places (1 less with heavy snow). Open living area with large TV, stereo, large kitchen, and dining room seats eight. Bars seat another 7 people comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, silverware, spices, , small appliances and more. Roomy desk area in kitchen with office supplies and a half bath is nearby. Large Sub-Zeros, gas range, & oven/microwave. Two masters with walk in closets and a hot tub off main master with Ajax mountain views. Extra sleeping with queen inflatables available in media room plus twin rollaway for use in any of the larger bedrooms or media room. No loud noise or raucous behavior. Strict low noise policy.
Easy walk to grocery store. Bus runs at end of Alpine Road (2 minute walk from house) and Aspen has a great taxi service and a few Ubers. Aspen and CO taxes applied nightly for rentals 30 days or less. No city or state tax required on 30+ day rentals. $50 per dog, per day. Dog fee over 1 dog collected separately, discount on dogs over two weeks. Please pick up after your fur buddies. Extra $50 fee applied for each person over 8, per day. Please no loud behavior. 20% discount applied for THIRTY NIGHTS and over. A great place to enjoy Aspen.

Comfort and convenience

We had a great week skiing and exploring Aspen from the house. The house is large with a great layout to provide privacy to multiple guests. Easy walk to town for dinner or skiing Aspen mountain (or taking the bus to other mountains). Very spacious and comfortable with a great kitchen for cooking as well. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great location to walk to town and use the red path. Close to ski resorts and xcountry skiing.

Great location. Nicely set up . Bedrooms are roomy and en-suite. Lovely. I’d only mention you have to use steps to access the main level. Lovely stay!

Wonderful home and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week family vacation in this lovely home. There was plenty of room to gather for eating and game-playing, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals. I was particularly happy to have a spacious 1st floor en-suite bedroom, as I was recovering from foot surgery. Many thanks for the fabulous hospitality; we hope to visit again!

SPACIOUS PET FRIENDLY HOME

The hosts were super nice and the house was very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to spread out once our full house arrived. The neighborhood was a 10-15 minute walk into town with an adorable park located right behind the property. Great for pet owners. The neighbors were also super friendly and overall it was a fantastic stay. Great location, friendly owners, clean and spacious home! Would definitely recommend!

Best House in Aspen

This house was perfect. 4 bedrooms each with a king bed and the host even set up air mattresses for us. Each bathroom had all the toiletries you could need. Most importantly, you can't be the location! Just a few minutes walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and gondola.

Fantastic home. Very luxurious with dozens of modern upgrades. Good location inside Aspen that felt secluded, even though it was near other homes. Owners had the place immaculate upon arrival, and they were also extremely responsive about planning ahead of time. It was a perfect retreat for our time in Aspen. 6-stars

Amazing Stay in Aspen

I stayed here with a group of girls the week before my wedding in Snowmass and I cannot say enough great things about our stay and specifically about the property manager who we communicated with! They were prompt in their responses and incredibly accommodating throughout our whole stay. They even left a sweet basket for our group to celebrate the special occasion. The walk into town was a breeze and we loved this house so much! The hot tub off the primary bedroom was a nice touch! I would definitely book here again!

Most coziest and delightful home to stay

Our stay in this wonderful, clean and delightful house was a real treat. Just like home-has everything and even more! It’s like to come to visit your mom! The house has a nice floor plans with the 3 main bedrooms on 2 floors and a basement with a forth bedroom and second living area. There are 2 rooms that can both be used as masters if 2 couples are renting. Nice kitchen with large table. Quiet Cul de sac east of town but walkable. Small patio in front of house with a grill. The hosts were very accessible and responsive.

We rented this home for a bachelorette weekend. What was great:-communication beforehand-lots of spaceWhat was not so great:-rental is in need of updating and repairs. The ceiling was peeling in the living room, some linens felt mismatched and worn. -cleanliness: not terrible, but not great-access to the unit was tricky. We were told there was a hidden key, but there was no key, despite messaging with manager. We were able to get in via the garage.

2nd vacation In this wonderful house

This out second summer in Aspen and in this house. We loved it. The house is big enough for a big family or two small families. You have everything that need for cooking. The beds are súper confortables. The basement for us having pre teens was ideal, they were there having fun and the adults in the main floor. The owner left us bikes that we enjoyed everyday. Jenny and her husband are kinds hosts. Amd very responsive. We definitely are going to come back.

Roomy, open, new, modern and easy walk to town. Quiet area, little traffic if any and beautiful mountain views and hiking. East End Trail is across the street, a beautiful walk that leads to a nature preserve where the "Beach" is located!

What makes this property unique

Quiet neighborhood with nice next door neighbors. Grocery store is very close with a large parking lot. Easy to walk to town, then choose how you get back home-by walking, driving, bus, taxi or uber!
