Great condo stay.

The first condo stay in three years. It was great except some trouble checking in; however, the owner compensated by letting stay extra 16 hours, which Mede my drive to LAX to catch flight easy.

Great location - close to everything

This is a great location and the new pool was the highlight of our trip. The bed, as noted in a previous review is in need of replacement and is very uncomfortable. It would be helpful to have a fan in the bedroom.

We attend a conference and were not on the property much. the unit was clean, equiped, and Petra was very responsive. The conference was on the strip. The unit was close and easy to locate.

Quiet Convenience

This property was ideal for me. Walking distance from the Rio and the Palms. Plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Only about a mile from the strip which was really economical for ride share services. The owners are really responsive and helpful. Things I would recommend improving... the bathroom could use some updating the tub specifically... pretty old. Other than that, I would book this place again.

Renters beware

When we arrived, we looked over the little condo. It looked a little run down. There was a couple of dirty dishes, so we put them in the dishwasher. We also noticed some broken tile, but the cracks/chips looked old because of the way it was worn down and the dirt in the grout, so we didn't report it. That was a mistake!! Once we checked out, the owners told us that their cleaning lady said the tile had not been broken last time she cleaned and they were charging us $300 for the repair. We did NOT break this tile! We fought this through VRBO, but unfortunately it was our word against theirs. If you decide to stay in this place, I would look over EVERY single inch to make sure NOTHING is broken. Take pictures of anything you find and report it immediately so you don't get charged for something you didn't do.

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay. The complex is in a gated community and there is plenty of parking available. I enjoyed my time resting by the renovated swimming pool. The complex is very quiet and safe. I will return again. Thank you for the great stay and communication.

Great Accommodation In Vegas

We had a great stay. This would be more your style if not craving the bustle of being right on the strip, yet still so close it's not inconvenient to get there. And, you have most things you would need/want within walking distance. The condo was cute and tidy, and the hosts have it stocked with everything you could need. The pools are great and it's a secure, gated, and guarded complex. We would definitely recommend it and plan to use it again, when we need it. Thank you, Peter & Kris Andersson

I payed a lot of money for thw worst place I have ever stayed

Never cleaned stove,dirty burners covered with aluminum foil the had left over food on them,,never cleaned oven , never cleaned pots and pans all deep scratches and rust on them carpet so dirty my new white socks where black bath tub enamel peeling off the sides many more things I have photos of everything I am writing about But you won't answer like your invisible owners owners

Great location for a Las Vegas trip where you may want to go to the strip but also want to see more of Vegas, Summerlin and Henderson. Size great for one or a couple. Will come back in the fall!!

Vegas Strip West

This unit is just across I-15 from the LV strip and is within walking distance for those days when it isn’t too hot outside. There’s a bus stop close by and taxis pick up at the club house. There’s even a Chic-fil-a and a Walgreens across the street. Why go there when you can cook your own or try one of the multitude of eateries a 5-minute ride away. The property has a pool, a spa, and a second pool is under construction. The place is very secure (there’s on-site 24/7 security personnel), has plenty of parking, and is close to everything. The managers are very responsive to their guests. So if you’re looking for a quiet, secure place that’s close to everything this is it.
