Located in the beautiful Roslyn Heights area, our 5-bedroom family home is just 30 minutes from NYC and only 15 minutes from Jones Beach. There's plenty of room to relax, connect, and recharge. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate dining room perfect for shared meals and late-night conversations. It features brand-new appliances and high-speed Wi-Fi! Outside is a large private yard with a deck and grill.

My wife and I are both in healthcare. We love people. And we love enjoying families who are getting to know the area or take advantage of the proximity to Manhattan/Queens and the five boroughs and also to the rest of eastern Long Island.
Why they chose this property
Which chose his neighborhood because it’s amazingly convenient. It’s two minutes away from both the Long Island Expressway and the northern State Parkway yet there’s no highway noise at all on our property. In fact the property itself is self enclosed with two entrances the door in the pictures and the driveway.
