All bedrooms have either ceiling fans or floor fans, large closets for storage, and 2 rooms have TVs for your favorite streaming services,.

There is 1 full bathroom en-suite to the primary bedroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bathroom has double vanities plus a water closet with a third sink and tub/shower combination making it easy for guests to unwind from a busy day. All bath towels are included in your stay.

☆☆ KITCHEN & FAMILY ROOM☆☆
Warm carpeting and big windows overlooking the trees and surroundings, and a comfy couch come together to create a family living space that is as functional as it is beautiful, bringing families together in front of the flat-screen TV suitable for your favorite streaming apps. The dining table seats 8 and full-size refrigerator with water filter and ice maker provide plenty of space to store your family’s favorite groceries. Take advantage of the many handy appliances like toaster and drip coffee maker (ground coffee included), and other kitchen gadgets, while a large sink and a quiet dishwasher make cleaning up a breeze.

Guests will have private access to the entire property. The garage is not operable and currently holds the owners supplies. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on flat-screen TVs.

Parking is available in the driveway and the driveway is a wrap around perfect for large vehicles or RVs.

We provide starter sets of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.

Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located externally on the front door and in the backyard for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the property.

☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property
☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied

☆NUMBER OF GUESTS☆
MAXIMUM of 8 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation.

☆ENTRY☆
A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

☆LAUNDRY☆
Washer and dryer, laundry detergent, ironing board and iron.

☆Pests☆
Please note that while we take great pride in maintaining a clean and pest-free environment, occasional pests may be found, despite our regular pest control services. If any pests are found during your stay, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

☆REFUNDS☆
We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters.
