Lovely home from home, 3 bed 3 bath villa set within the tranquil setting of Town Center. This is a gated community just ten minutes from Disney and five minutes from the golfing centres of Championsgate and Reunion.

The villa boasts a large south facing pool and water views and is fully air conditioned.

There are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a third bedroom with twin beds, with flat screen TVs with DVD players in every room.

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING IN THE STREET

POOL HEATING IF REQUIRED IS $28 A DAY, POOL HEATER RUNS FOR 10-12 HOURS

Clean, quiet and great location!

This house is perfect in every way! It’s clean updated and in a quiet neighborhood. The location is great, grocery, gas and restaurants just minutes down the road. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was clean, beautiful, comfortable and just as nice as the pictures. The kitchen was very well equiped for cooking. We had a wonderful vacation!

Pristine and great location

We (2 of us) came for several days of golf in the area. The house was spotless and had all the conveniences. The manager was an excellent communicator. The neighborhood is gated and very nice, and is a short drive from everything you'd need. As we were golfing at Streamsong and Cabot Citrus Farms, this was a great location relative to both. There are many closer golf courses nearby as well.

Wonderful Florida Vacation

The house was amazing! Clean and exactly as photographed. The washer and dryer was actually newer than the ones photo'd. The beds were comfy. The fan in the closet gives 30 bonus points. (We really missed ours). It had supplies to get us started. The pool was perfect. We chose to use the warmer and it was great. We came for Disney but enjoyed a couple days poolside. The couch was amazing. We loved lounging and watching moves. Home away from home and we are already trying to plan ur next trip. The decor was beautiful and we cannot list enough positive points. Thank you for sharing your villa with us!

Great relaxing trip

This was a wonderful property for our family of five. we really enjoyed the open layout and it was very clean. The updated kitchen was great as we stayed in for every meal. We had the pool heated and it was 90 degrees everyday allowing us to swim the whole week and even at night. The neighborhood was quiet and having the lake as a view was much better then another back yard. It only takes five minutes to get to the grocery store and aces to the high way is easy as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
