Lynn and Nancy Vacation Rental is located just across from the Gulf of Mexico with world renowned beaches.

Walking distance to historic Bridge Street and many quaint shops and restaurants to satisfy any pallet.

The free trolley runs every 20 minutes the length of Anna Maria Island.

Pets are welcome with a fully refundable $200 pet fee, If you book with us again, we waive the fee.

Barbeque grill, linens, towels, a fully-equipped kitchen and endless gulf views are supplied.

Amazing location

Our stay was amazing. The location was absolutely perfect. You can watch the sunset right your room. The unit has everything you can need for the beach. We enjoyed kayaking that was also provided. I highly recommend using this place I will be booking again.

Perfect!!

Perfect location and beach access right across the road, bay access the other direction about 50yards. The top level was great.. you could sit in the sunroom and see the beach and ocean. I would definitely stay here again if going to AMI. Great restaurants and shopping nearby within walking distance.

Perfect Beach Bungalow Oasis!

This place was fantastic. Beautiful view of the ocean, 100 feet walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to Bridge Street with a bunch of great restaurants and shopping. Overall could not have been any better for our unofficial honeymoon. Lynn (the host) was so kind and inviting. Highly recommend!

Amazing location!

We had the best time! You've got the beach on one side and the bay on the other! The house had everything we needed. My adult kids loved having the kayak and i loved not having to bring a chair, umbrella, or noodle. The porch view is amazing. We had coffee and most meals there. Owners were very responsive and friendly.

Christmas at the Beach

This was a perfect location for Christmas at the beach. The 2-bedroom unit upstairs is very nice. It had all the necessities and so much more. Upon arrival, I found the unit and all it's amenities just as advertised. The view is spectacular. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

We have stayed here 3 times and have loved it every single time. That's why we keep coming back to this rental. The view is spectacular and is a very short walk to the beach. You can walk to Oma's Pizza or the Ice cream shop down several blocks. Lynn has always been extremely helpful with any concerns we may have. I definitely would recommend this place

Great location with amazing views

Couldn't have been any easier to stay here. A simple text to Lynn for check in, was followed up by an immediate phone call. Walking distance to the stores, bars, and restaurants. A simple walk across the street to the beach! Off street parking, beach chairs and grill to use. I will definitely rent this location again! Thank you, Lynn!

Ideal place to stay on Anna Marie Island

Very comfortable home to stay in with incredible views of the Gulf from the upper level porch. We stayed in the upper level 2-bedroom. Below us are two 1-bedroom units where we met some very nice neighbors. Will be back in the future when these units are available. Very clean and comfortable.

Great beach location!

We wanted to be able to see the ocean and walk to the beach, ice cream and restaurants and this was perfect! Unbelievable views with crosswalk to beach in front and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids! Inside was very clean and has everything we needed for the week. Kitchen was quite tight for real cooking, but we mostly put together sandwiches and such at beach, so it worked for us. We would definitely recommend this unit and hope to return in the future!

Perfect!

Wonderful host. Lynn was so attentive and friendly. We had the best time staying at her place. The location to the gulf in front and bay behind is ideal to say the least. The views from the windows are breathtaking. The front porch is fabulous, it's so comfortable to relax and watch the walkers, birds, surfers and fisherman. Nicely arranged apartment with everything we needed, highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We arrived the day after hurricane Idalia. Lynn was in constant contact to make sure it was safe for us to come and everything was in order. We stayed in the upstairs unit and it was amazing. The front porch has amazing views of the beach, perfect for our morning coffee. We were literally steps from the beach and she has chairs and umbrella for us to use. There was a minor electrical issue while we were there, and Lynn promptly made sure an electrician came to fix it…on a holiday! Great hospitality. We will return.

Just the PERFECT get away...

Just the perfect get away. Exactly as advertised and then some. Reminded me of where my grandpa took me when I was a child 55 years ago--exactly what I was looking for. Right across the street from the gulf so seriously folks it's closer than most parking lots at a beach you'd drive somewhere to. Amazing sunsets. I will be making excuses to return again and again. Thank you owner Fran for working with us on our weather frustrated travel schedule. She is my hero.

Mother/daughter/cousins girl trip - the sequel

We can’t say enough about our favorite rental in Florida. Anna Maria Island is old school Florida at its best. No high rises or chain restaurants. The house is perfect. Directly across the street from a good beach; perfect for watching sunsets. Go to the house before you go to the store to see what the previous people have left that you can use. And then return the favor when you leave. There’s no washer/dryer so pack accordingly. We loved spending our days at Manatee Beach (rented 2 chairs/umbrella) for $40 for the day. Their beach grill is very good and quite reasonable. Or bring your own. Or borrow chairs from the cabin and walk across the street. Catch the free island trolley. Eat some great seafood. Shop and just be still. Lynn is so helpful; reach out before if you have any questions to make packing easier. We always fly into Tampa, eat at the original The Columbia in Ybor City and then drive down to AMI. She had a note for a ride to/from the house to either Tampa or Sarasota airport. We might take advantage of that next year. It’s a simple house but it’s perfect for what we need. See you next year!

perfect for beach getaway - girls week

This home was a perfect place for our week long girls' trip with our adult daughters. It wasn't flashy, but it checked every box except for the washer/dryer. We would have preferred being able to wash clothes midweek, but as long as you know this you can pack accordingly. We were directly across the street from the beach and fishing pier. I would suggest going to the house before you go shopping at the Publix to see what is currently in the house (example, we brought shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and liquid hand soap in our checked luggage but there were several bottles left behind from others). We left ours behind as well. We wanted the full service so we spent 2 days at Manatee Beach/Holmes Beach; rented an umbrella & 2 lounge chairs for $29 (from 9 am - 5 pm). It was so nice to be able to swim, lay under the umbrella and read a book, then go into the water when we got too hot. There was also a lifeguard on duty (most lifeguard towers were unmanned - look for the flag to know if there's actually a lifeguard on duty). The Anna Maria Beach Cafe on site was really delicious and very reasonable. Fish tacos, taco salad, and wraps were delicious! Our favorite was the All you can eat pancakes for $8; eating pancakes on the beach with toes in the sand was a great way to start our mornings. We borrowed 4 beach chairs from the storage room to take to the beach across the street. One morning we took them over to the little beach near the Anna Maria Island pier when the waves were really rough (bonus was getting to see manatees on the bay side). We bought an $8 foam cooler to use for the week and then left it for the next family in the storage room. We bought a gallon of drinking water from the Publix, froze it overnight and then took to the beach each day. It fit in the foam cooler, kept everything cold and then used it to refill our water bottles. Refill with tap water and freeze overnight and repeat (or buy another gallon if you prefer). The glassed in lanai was the best feature after its location. We were able to watch sunsets and enjoy the beach view while staying cool in the a/c. We felt very safe and are already planning coming back next summer. Be sure to check out the Beach Market at Coquina Beach (Wed. and Fridays 11-2 pm). We had a car so we didn't use the free trolley, but will next time. Download the Mystop app (select AMI trolley) so you know when it's coming. Parking is VERY limited at restaurants/shopping

Great Vacation Location Beautiful Views

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this rental! The location was perfect for our beach vacation and the beach supplies provided were a major plus! We would definitely stay there again! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay with beautiful views!
