This was a terrific rental. Clean. I look forward to returning. The only negative was the mattress in the large bedroom was mush.

It reminded me of a basement. The mattress was horrible. Silverware was dirty, ceiling was low, my husband kept hitting his head at the doorways. The views were horrible. The rental needs a lot of maintenance.

Hi Dorraine. Im sorry your experience at our property didnt meet your expectations. First, regarding the sliverware, that is not acceptable and we are so sorry. We have a 100% cleanliness guarantee at all our properties. We wish you would have brought this to our attention while you were at the property, as we would have had a team member come right over to re wash any dishes necessary. Regarding the ceiling height and views, while we are right across from the bay, it is noted in our listing that this unit is a ground floor unit, and a few steps down are required from the street level. While the ceiling height is standard, I'm sorry your husband had any issues. We will be reaching out to discuss your concerns further. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to rectify the issue so you'll come back to stay with us again soon. Best, Cole & the Host House Team.
