The suite we rented was on the sixth floor of the building - a little ramshackle, but clean and conveniently located to the sites we were visiting. It was advertised as accessible by elevator, but the elevator only went up to the fifth floor - not that big a problem if you don't have a disability. It was a painful struggle up and down those stairs to go out, and we didn't go out or come in as often as w would have liked. The Smart TV didn't have a cable or Wi-Fi connection to connect it to the modem, so it wasn't a TV of any sort.The description needs to be more honest and the host needs to pay more care to the condition of the amenities provided.

Manuel was always responsive and the location of this space is incredibly convenient for museums, performance venues, and transportation as well.

I searched the entire Vienna area before deciding on Manuel’s apartment, and you absolutely cannot beat this location. We were able to walk everywhere after taking a ride share from Wien Hbf (our bags were heavy and we were tired). Manuel was responsive and helpful at every turn. This top-floor apartment was perfect for our stay, and the view out the window is unmatched. You can take the stairs or use the small elevator. The room comfortably sleeps three. The bathroom is tight if you are tall, but the water pressure was great. Manuel invited us to use any food items in the kitchen. We would have loved to stay longer if we had more time in Vienna. Manuel kindly offered us a late checkout as there was no one coming in the same day, and we were very grateful!Pro tip, if you need small luggage storage before check-in is available, try for ones en route to the apartment and book it in advance when you book your lodging. There are many boxes in the city for this!
