Escape to this fantastic hideaway and create unforgettable memories.

The pond house is within minutes of some great local venues, attractions, and colleges like Rock Hill Barn, The Collins Family Barn, Georgia Southern University, The Gathering Place, The FoxHall, Vidalia Onion Festival, and Splash in the Boro Water park.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Waivers must be signed before using the kayaks. Contact us. Return the kayaks to the shelter when finished. The pontoon boat is for private use.

We went to the Pond House for my wife's birthday and had a really good time. The weather didn't cooperate, temps in the teens and 20 mph winds. But we enjoyed our stay. The house is nice and the beds sleep well. We enjoyed the large living space and actually fished a little after we arrived Friday. Caught 5 bass. I actually tried it Saturday but after about 15 casts and one fish, my freezing fingers made me give up. The host was very responsive and answered any questions very quickly. I highly recommend this location and host.
